History

Time and service have honored the name Wilson Funeral Home. Wilson Funeral Home was established in 1963 by Ray and Lucille Wilson, at 101 N. Mine La Motte in Fredericktown, Missouri, and has remained at the same location for over 40 years continuing to serve the Madison County area residents. Larry and Fran Whitchurch continue to carry on the tradition of Wilson Funeral Home.

We are very caring and professional people. Our utmost concern is for the needs of the families that we serve and we take great pride in our ability to help those during and after their time of need.

Our facility is designed to make everyone as comfortable as possible. Our main chapel has spacious seating for 185 visitors, with our smaller chapel seating 65 visitors. We have two large parking areas and a non-smoking lounge where family and friends can enjoy coffee and soft drinks. We also have a new large and fully equipped dining room for a meal prior to or after the services with seating for 120 guests. Our new dining hall is available for use by the community, as well. Clubs, companies or individuals can reserve it for a meeting, dinner party, family reunion, wedding shower, or baby shower.
